How long does production take?
Every single item is custom-made to order in our Canadian workshop. Our current production queue takes 7 to 14 business days to meticulously digitize, prep, and embroider your piece before it is handed over to the courier.

Why is my favorite item "Sold Out"?
To maintain an uncompromised level of quality, we operate with a limited number of professional industrial multi-needle machines. When our production slots for the week are fully booked, items will temporarily display as "Sold Out" until our capacity resets for the next drop.

Where do you ship?
We officially ship throughout North America (Canada & USA). If you live outside North America but absolutely need a Brodia piece, please use our Contact Us page to reach out. We will do our best to arrange a custom shipping slot for you.

How can I track my order?
We partner with Stallion Express to ensure reliable delivery. You will receive two automated updates:

- In Production: An email confirmation the exact moment your garment enters our active embroidery queue.
- Shipped: A second email containing your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility.

Yes! Free standard shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all North American orders over $125 CAD.

How do I wash my embroidered hoodie/crewneck?
To keep your embroidery looking sharp and perfect for years, follow these rules:

- Turn the garment inside out before washing.
- Machine wash on a cold, gentle cycle with mild detergent.
- Hang dry is highly recommended. If you must use a dryer, tumble dry on low heat.
- Never iron directly over the embroidery design.
CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & CHANGES
Can I modify my size, thread color, or cancel my order?
No. Once your order is submitted, it is immediately synced with our digital production queue, and materials are allocated. Because every item is custom-made and tailored to your specific choices, all sales are final. We cannot accommodate cancellations, size changes, or thread modifications. Please double-check your cart before checking out.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We inspect every single piece under workshop lights before packing. However, if we made a genuine mistake or your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your Order Number and clear photos of the issue. We will fix it immediately.

Who creates the designs at Brodia?
Every single design is conceptualized, drawn, and digitized in-house by us. We build our collections around current internet culture, sports fandoms, and the viral obsessions you love.

Can I send you my own logo or a fully custom image?
No, we do not offer full custom manufacturing or logo digitizing from scratch for single orders. Brodia operates on a semi-custom model. This means you buy our original designs, but you retain control over the execution.

How does the semi-customization work?
You select the design and garment size, and you get to choose your own thread colors to match your personal style. We stitch your specific color combination without changing the core layout of the design.

We love bringing your specific ideas to life! If you want a small addition, such as text on the sleeve or a custom placement, please contact us before placing your order. We will let you know if it's possible and guide you on how to add this custom option to your order.

Yes! If you have a brilliant idea for a collection or a phrase you are obsessed with, submit it through our Can’t Find Your Universe? page. If we select your idea for our next official production drop, we will make it and send it to you completely free.
